For me, Ode to Life is synonymous with a state of flow, drawing both the listener and myself into a deep meditative space. It is an experiential journey that transcends the mundane, allowing us to truly feel the beauty of the moment.
The vision to film a love story for this piece came from director Ieva Juodelytė. Although the project spanned over a year from concept to completion, the two-day shoot itself was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life – surrounded by fresh air, forest, and lake, it was a season of music, deep conversation, and the company of dear friends. The process was so seamless that while we were filming, I was already dreaming of future projects in Kintai, by the lagoon; I have no doubt we will return there one day.
